WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER ?
The time required to receive your order will fluctuate depending on the service you chose. Within Australia, standard shipping takes approximately 2-6 days, and express is 1-2 days. For international shipping, standard delivery takes around 5-6 days and express is 2-3 days.
HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER ?
Orders are processed Monday through to Friday and are shipping with 24 hours of placement excluding weekends and public holidays. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped that contains your tracking information. If you have not received a shipping confirmation email, please check your junk or spam folder. HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?
The cost of return shipping is at the customer’s expense and is non-refundable. We recommend returning items through traceable mail as any returns which are not received by Marli in a good condition will not be refunded.
